Where to stay in PortAventura? During our visit to the theme park we stayed at the Caribbean Hotel and we tell you our experience.

PortAventura needs no introduction, but if these questions of life do not know about what we're talking about is an amusement park located in Vilaseca-Salou (Tarragona), Spain. Guaranteed fun for young and old. The thematic part has 5 own hotels. Three of them in the very park.

If you are not staying at one of the hotels with direct access to the park: Gold River, Lucy's Mansion or Portaventura (marked in yellow on the map), offers on a train that runs every 10 minutes you into the park for free.

The accommodation in any of the hotels own PortAventura always includes unlimited entry to the park. Access is from 10 am on the day of arrival until closing time Park Hotel departure.

Why we chose the Caribe Hotel? in our case we were not accompanied by any child, the Caribbean Hotel we found the right fit for our profile hotel. Two young lovers 🙂 The hotel, inspired by the Caribbean has a pool with sandy soil that really gives the feeling of being on the beach. I loved it. They also have a heated indoor pool and a pool "OnlyAdults". It is the perfect place to unwind complement amusement park. The room is spacious but really not going to spend much time in it.

An important fact: in high season may not be able to access the room until 15:00 pm, but you can access the park from 10.00. Then you can check in, leave luggage at reception and go to the park. In the same reception card you get access to the park, therefore, you should not go through the lockers.

Really worth staying in some hotels. You're just minutes from the park and so the experience is complete. If traveling with children, you will find hotels costumed characters that children love, in all accommodation entertainment for children.

Is it worth going to PortAventura? Yes it's very funny. On the same day you can travel to China, Polynesia, take a walk in the Far West and experience the magic of the evening shows. If you're not a fan of roller coasters or attractions that speed up your heart rate and set fire your adrenaline you will also enjoy the park, there is much to do and enjoy for all ages and tastes.
